I opened MIKADELO in Bucerías, Nayarit — a vibrant beach-town, day-to-night restaurant concept that flows seamlessly from brunch to happy hour to candlelit dinner. MIKADELO is designed to make guests feel like locals, and locals feel right at home.

Located inside the boutique Hotel Palmeras, a bustling patio and open-air bar captures the energy of the town while reflecting my signature approach to food and hospitality — warm and delightful. As Executive Chef and Owner, I lead a talented team creating dishes worth returning for, again and again.
